Our Story
In 2012, our owner Jon Wick started 5518 Designs in Butte. Through client work and side projects, he began to develop a unique style of graphics for 5518 that emerged out of his love of traveling, adventure, and the inspiration gained from time spent exploring.
In 2016, 5518 Designs expanded into a retail location at 27 N. Main Street in the heart of uptown Butte, offering their own brand of outdoor and Montana-inspired apparel. In a short time, the business has taken off and is a popular destination for both locals and visitors.
In Spring of 2022, their sister store Dig City Supply opened just down the street to showcase Montana Tech and Butte inspired apparel and gifts.
In addition to running the business, Jon and Cassie Wick are very active in the community and have hosted and sponsored many causes and fundraisers for those in need.

Dig City Supply
Dig City Supply is a vintage-inspired retail store located in the heart of Butte’s historic Uptown business district. What is now the Dig City brand, started as a small section of Montana Tech apparel inside of the 5518 Designs store, where each piece is designed, then produced locally.
Emerging from the pandemic, in early 2022, our owners at 5518 recognized the value of this section to both the store and community, and decided to expand the line of Tech apparel. In an attempt to distinguish these items from their 5518 Designs brand, the apparel line found a new home and the new Dig City Supply brand was established.
