We’re looking for some new members to add to our retail team. This can vary from seasonal (summer), part-time (15-20 hours/week), or full-time (30+ hours/week) depending on the need. All positions may require time after typical daytime hours and on weekends. Duties and Responsibilities

  • Providing outstanding customer service
  • Responsible for all customer facing showroom details
  • Welcoming customers, answering questions, suggesting items, providing product information, small talk at checkout, thanking them when they leave
  • Keeping the sales floor neat and tidy including refolding and restocking merchandise to ensure all items are shopable for customers. 
  • Maintaining organization of backstock
  • Maintaining, strategizing, and updating store displays according to the seasons and special product launches
  • Receiving orders, fulfilling, packing, and shipping online orders up to standard
  • Operating the register, opening and closing the store, and reporting the daily till
  • Managing inventory and notifying the appropriate staff member when quantities are low
  • Answering the phone and helping customers as much as possible including taking down contact information and detailed notes so we can solve the problem and return their message
  • Assisting in the creation of social media content for 5518
  • Leading by example – mentoring other staff, working together to delegate work, instructing and explaining store procedures when necessary
