Duties and Responsibilities
- Overseeing all customer facing showroom details
- Overseeing all front facing logistical needs
- Providing outstanding customer service
- Answering customer questions, suggesting items, and providing product information
- Keeping all floor items tidy and the showroom clean
- Maintaining stock on the floor and keeping backstock tidy
- Managing inventory
- Receiving orders, fulfilling online orders and packing to standards
- Operating the register, opening and closing the store
- Communicating with floor staff to address any issues
- Consulting on design ideasĀ
- Strategizing displays and schedules
Qualifications and Requirements

- Time management, problem solving and organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Coachability
- Flexible schedule with weekend and evening availability
- Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 50 lbs.
